Ingredients:
– Blackhead fish 500g
– Chili (Optional)
– Prahok (ប្រហុក), grilled (Optional)
– Garlic 3 cloves
– Red Onion 3 nuts
– Ripe
tamarinds (Optional)
– Sugar, seasoning to taste
=>Vegetable: Cucumbers, brinjals, egg plants, long beans, ridge guards bitter leaves caft carrot cabbage banana flower and water hyacinth…etc.
Methods:
Grill the fish as well, pick in pieces then keep aside for
pounding. Roast chilies, garlic, and red onion as well then get into the mortar
and put sugar, seasoning, ripe tamarind pound together after that add the fish
pieces and salt fish then pound as well to taste.
We clean vegetables, slice cucumbers and banana
flower, brinjals, egg plants, and cut long beans.We cut ridge guards then get
to boil, but for bitter leaves only parboil. Then We prepare vegetables in
plate then add mixture fish on top, ready for serve.
